Who we are
The Madrid Golf Courses Association is a non-profit association, under the Law 19/1977 of April 1 and Royal Decree 873/1977 of April 22. This Association was legally constituted on April 10, 2014 for an indefinite period. It is incorporated in the Registry of Business Associations and Trade Unions of the Community of Madrid with the number 2594. The scope of action of the Association includes the golf courses of the Community of Madrid.
The purposes for which this Association has been established are:
1.- Promote the golf courses of the Community of Madrid.
2.- Act as a group to protect the interests of the Madrid golf courses
3.- Represent and defend before public institutions, public entities and private entities the interests of the golf courses of the Community of Madrid.
4.- Promote the tourist attractions in the Community of Madrid.
5.- Promote Madrid as a golf destination nationally and internationally.
6.- Promote the development of the golf industry in the Community of Madrid.
7.- Negotiate the collective labor agreement of the golf courses of the Community of Madrid.
8.- Participate institutionally in the public bodies of the administrations labor and social for the defense of the general interests of the employers of the golf courses of the Community of Madrid
